Open Account from your profile menu and you will find it all in one place: who you are, how you sign in, the dials that shape your study, where you stand on each path, your membership, and the two actions you will rarely need but should know about. Nothing here is hidden, and nothing changes without you asking.
The banner at the top of the page carries your name, your email, and a circle with your first initial. A pill beside it shows your plan. Here is what each piece is for and how to change it.
The banner carries your name, its first letter in the avatar, and the email you sign in with. That email does double duty: it is your login, and it is where a password reset code goes if you ever get locked out, so it is shown for reference but not edited inline.
If you ever forget your password, tap Forgot password on the login page. Enter your email, type the four-digit code we send you, then set a new password of at least six characters.
The middle of the page is a read-out of where you are. Two of these have their own help sections, so here is the short version with a pointer to the full one.
The Learning Progress card shows a status for each phase: Kana Awakening (Phase I) and Core Ascent (Phase II). A path reads locked until you reach it, unlocked while you are working through it, and completed once you finish. See Lessons & Phases for how the two fit together.
The Preferences card holds your daily goal, lesson cap, reviews cap, and the romaji toggle. Each one saves the instant you change it. We cover every dial, and what it does, in Settings & Preferences.
The Membership card shows whether you are on the free plan or Fuguro Plus. Because Plus is a one-time purchase, it simply reads Never expires: there is no renewal date and nothing to cancel. The full picture, including pricing and the free tier, lives in Billing & Plans.
At the very bottom sits the danger zone. You will almost never need it, but if you do, know exactly what it does first. Both actions are permanent.
Resetting erases all of your SRS progress, every review, your lesson history, and your streak, then drops you back at the very start of Kana Awakening. To prevent slips, you must type confirm before the button will fire. Your account, login, preferences, and membership all stay exactly as they were. Only your learning progress is wiped.
Self-serve deletion is on the way and the button is in place, waiting to go live. For now, if you want your account and all of its data removed, email contact@fuguro.app from the address on your account and we will erase it for you. Once it is gone, it is gone for good.
Fuguro keeps only what it needs to teach you: your name and email, your study progress, and your preferences. We do not sell it and we do not show your activity to anyone else. For the full account of what we store and how, read our Privacy Policy.
